Come in sit down with one of our coaches and discuss your Health & Fitness Goals, what you want to achieve at the gym and how we can get you to these goals. No workout, No stress just come down and have a chat.
Foundations
Foundations is our 3 week beginner course. Here you will learn all 12 of our fundamental movements right from the beginning. We thoroughly go over the correct technique to get you moving safely and also to give you the tools to use these movements in day to day life. You will complete small workouts in each session which will take you from absolutely no fitness level and build you up to feel comfortable to join in the classes after the 3 weeks.
Personal Training
If you are not comfortable jumping straight into the classes or if you would like some one on one coaching I do offer personal training as well. Contact below and we can work out a time and date that suits you best.
